Toronto Pride

I live outside Toronto and Im thinking of going for the first time this year to see what its like
but I have nobody to go with. Can anyone tell me what goes on apart from the parade? - Or is that
it?

Pride happens Sat. and Sun. with Sunday being the main day. Church St is closed to traffic both days
and is a big street party. Sun. is very packed. Lots of outdoor events. Along Wellesley there are
booths setup giving out info on many subjects and selling artifacts. The Parade is of course part
of the main event on Sun. If you're going to watch it, get a place along the route early so as to
get a good viewing spot. A couple of places have outdoor areas where you can have a drink and watch
it all. Again, get there early and if possible, reserve a table. Have fun!!!!!!!
